It will be a compulsory test to get a licence to start medical practice in India or study postgraduate medical courses in India or abroad. In addition, it is expected to replace the existing NEET PG and FMGE exams in future. All India Institutes of Medical Sciences, AIIMS New Delhi, is going to conduct this licensing cum admission test from August 2025 or 2026.
